Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped weekdays Monday-Friday, except on public holidays. Kindly allow up to 15 days for processing of wig orders prior to shipping. Delivery times are chosen by the customer at the time of checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number immediately for your records. After your purchase has been shipped any related shipping concerns and inquiries should be done with the shipping company; use your tracking number as reference whenever you contact them. A follow up will be conducted with you from Hellshire Bay Customer Service to confirm the delivery of your order once the shipping company has deemed status as DELIVERED. We carefully pack every order; therefore, should your package be damaged during transit conduct a follow up with the shipping company regarding that matter.
Shipping times vary greatly as any matter of event (s) can occur during transportation such as governmental executive orders, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Kindly be aware that Hellshire Bay Inc, will not be held responsible for late deliveries or damages of orders during transportation. Hellshire Bay Incorporated will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once shipping company has deemed that packages were delivered should customer state that they have not received their packages Hellshire Bay will not replace item or issue any refunds. Hellshire Bay will help guide customer to reach out to delivery company and initiate an investigation into the matter. Hellshire Bay Inc ships worldwide and for International orders your packages are shipped duties and taxes UNPAID. We do not collect any duties and or taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be. Should you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered for your package (s) to be cleared by customs.
