We have a strict no refund policy, due to the nature of our products with personal hygiene and for sanitary purposes. For the safety of all our customers, all items purchased are final sale. We cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds for ANY items. This includes holiday sales, flash sales, etc.
As a company Hellshire Bay Inc will fix any mistakes made by us to ensure satisfactory customer service. If the product you received is deemed defective, kindly contact us within 7 days with your order number and proof of the defective item. We cannot process orders after this 7 day grace period after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, it will be carried out at the discretion of Hellshire Bay Inc and on a case by case basis. Only hair products will be considered for a potential return. NO WIGS, BUNDLES OR LACES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGES UNLESS IT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY HELLSHIRE BAY INC! Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
